Allora ho tagliato le frasche e con oltre <strong>100 foglie sane e profumate<\/strong> ho fatto un po&#8217; di <strong>pesto<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ecco come ho fatto.<\/p>\n<p>Ci vorrebbe il mortaio e ci sono mille ragioni per questo, ma io il mortaio non ce l&#8217;ho e l&#8217;ho fratto con un normale robot da cucina.<\/p>\n<p>Ho messo nel contenitore del mio mixer: <!--more-->mezzo bicchiere d&#8217;olio extravergine d&#8217;oliva, le oltre 100 foglie di basilico, una manciata di pinoli che ho fatto prima tostare un po&#8217;, un pezzetto di parmigiano e un pezzetto di pecorino romano, infine poco sale grosso e due spicchi d&#8217;aglio.<\/p>\n<p>Ho ridotto tutto in una salsa e ho aggiunto altro olio extravergine d&#8217;oliva continuando a girare.<\/p>\n<p>Ecco fatto, con questa Ecco perch\u00e9 il pesto comprato gi\u00e0 fatto non assomiglia per niente ad un vero pesto fatto e mangiato.
